We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Complying with Mechanical Métiers processes and Design Rules:Plan, monitor and control activities according to mechanical product design process of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economic targetsReview Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, SpecificationsPerform or support design calculations / simulations / associated acceptance testsCoordination with simulation/mechatronic leader/engineer to ensure mechanical design robustnessApplies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on justificationsResponsible for Mechanical Metier design reviews preparation, and in charge of problem solving of his metier on the defined projectInterface with the customer for mechanical contentReport and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Engineer and his HierarchicalResponsible for the detailed scheduling and budgetingContribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments align with the budget of the projectEstablish detailed breakdown of the activities to meet the milestonesFollow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timingManagement of the contributorsDaily management of his groupAssign to them the needed work packagesRegular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilitiesJob: R&D Design LeaderOrganization: Mechanical DevelopmentSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2024-04-15Join Us !
