This role requires deep technical expertise in API development, middleware solutions, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will drive seamless connectivity, enhance existing integrations, and introduce best practices to improve system efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities:

Mature existing integrations by optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Identify and implement integration best practices to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
Design, develop, and maintain new system integrations using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
Interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy integrations while ensuring data consistency and system performance.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve integration-related defects and performance issues.
Create detailed technical documentation, including integration workflows and API specifications.
Optimize integration performance and security in alignment with industry best practices.
Provide architectural input for enterprise-level integration strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, external SaaS providers, and third-party vendors to implement and support integration solutions.
Stay up to date with evolving technologies and propose improvements to existing integration frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise:

5+ years of software development experience with a focus on system integration.
Proficiency in C#.NET (.NET 4.5/4.0, .NET Core), JavaScript, jQuery.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, ASP.NET, WCF.
Database expertise in SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure.
Experience maturing and improving existing integrations with a focus on scalability, automation, and monitoring.
Proven ability to introduce best practices in integration design, testing, and deployment.
Experience integrating multiple systems and developing reusable integration patterns.
Ability to assess production impact and execute test plans to minimize risks.
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and software architecture best practices.

Soft Skills & Business Acumen:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business language.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Track record of delivering complex integration projects with enterprise clients.
Experience working with SaaS providers and third-party business partners.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

.NET certification and / or Microsoft Azure certification.
Experience with SAP integrations, particularly OTC (Order to Cash), Contracting, Asset Management, Leasing, Billing, and Resale.
Fleet industry knowledge (a plus but not required).
