The candidate needs to have a creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design for digital & print mediums. Duties will include (but are not limited to) visualizing, conceptualizing and creating 2D and 3D graphics.Day to day responsibilities include:- Liaise & communicate with all team members to ensure briefs are well understood &designs are as per client guidelines & requirements- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information & materials- Visualize and create graphics including layouts, 3D visuals, walkthroughs, venuemaps, production line drawings, 2D print files etc- Develop New Innovative & Path Breaking Concepts for clients with respect to their requirement for events.- Work with internal teams to generate highly appealing creatives for pitches proposals.- Presentation of Ideas visually and verbally.- Conceptualise event centric themes and collaterals along with the Client Servicing SPOC- Devise ideas and Develop design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization.- To ensure highest quality of creativity.- To enable clients with Campaign based / Event based best designs as per budget and feasibility.- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates & follow best practices- Strategize and do visualization of creative content, design and create PowerPointpresentation for the events.- Work independently under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.- Create an environment of healthy inter departmental coordination with otherdepartments.- To be well versed with the brand guidelines of each of the clients- Participate and Deliver on all creative based requirements including sketches, 2Dgraphics, 3D- visualization, floor plans, CAD layouts, build drawings, print files etc.Skills set- Software proficiency in 2D and 3D software like 3D Max, Maya, V Ray,AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Print Files, Artwork.
