This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects, with an emphasis on utilizing advanced software and testing methods.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven work experience as a QA QC Civil Engineer in the construction industry, with a minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for creating precise architectural designs and assessing structural plans.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance Testing (Mandatory skill) to guarantee construction projects meet predefined quality standards.
  • Competency in Project Management Software (Mandatory skill) is required to efficiently manage and track project timelines and resources.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Revit for enhanced design, analysis, and visualization in architecture and engineering.
  • Knowledge in Construction Materials Testing to ensure material compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards to maintain and improve quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Non-Destructive Testing for evaluating material and structural integrity without causing damage.
  • Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) to improve accuracy in project planning and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality and safety of construction projects, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement QA QC policies and standards to enhance construction project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with construction managers to resolve quality issues and optimize project performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management.
