Provides day-to-day work direction to the collections team, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and supervises and evaluates direct reports
Reviews and recommend process changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensures compliance with industry regulations, internal risk frameworks, and privacy laws.
Defines and agrees upon collections strategies with the leadership team.
Manages the respective collection team, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
Develops metrics to optimize team performance.
Drives the team to meet targets related to delinquency and losses.
Should have relevant experience in handling collections team/process
Aware of KPIs and KRAs

Desired Skills:

Good communication skill- Must be proficient in Hindi along with one South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
Must be a graduate
Must have prior experience in Domestic collections
