Our content team in India includes content creators who make thousands of awesome videos, articles, and practice questions aligned with the Indian curriculum to help both teachers and students. We are actively working on content localization in other regional languages as well, which means the content we co-create reaches a wider number (both nationally and globally), thereby quintupling the impact.ABOUT THE ROLE

- Maintain a centralized, personnel-agnostic repository of all state partner interactions, MOUs, and project statuses.
- Ensure zero loss of context during FTC/Consultant transitions.
- Global Liaison (US/Jira):
- Serve as the primary recipient for US-assigned Jira tickets.
- Triage and route tickets to the appropriate Math/Science/Localization leads, ensuring deadlines are met without overwhelming functional managers.
- Content Hygiene & Publishing Operations:
- Own the "Last Mile" of content publishing: Video descriptions, SEO optimization, Thumbnails, and Timestamps.
- Manage Interns/Vendors: Direct interns to execute these tasks, ensuring quality control without diverting the English/Science teams from content creation.
- Cross-Functional Tracking:
- Act as the neutral driver for projects involving multiple teams (e.g., English Math vs. English Science).
- Enforce timelines and follow-ups where functional authority is split.
- Platform Alignment:
- Ensure all content adheres to platform hygiene standards (Khan Academy specifics) during the upcoming scaling of 1,300+ videos.
