The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates Astrome's cutting-edge innovations in wireless communication and space technology. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals.Key Responsibilities● Design and produce high-quality corporate brochures, datasheets and other marketing collateral.● Develop eye-catching backgrounds and visual assets for exhibition stalls and events.● Create customized images, diagrams, and infographics for technical presentations, proposals (like those for the Indian Army and Navy), and internal communications.● Design and maintain visual consistency across all branding materials, including website graphics, social media content and email templates.● Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and business development teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful solutions.● Ensure all designs align with Astrome's brand guidelines and strategic messaging.● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Requirements● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.● Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.● Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).● A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work, with a focus on clean, professional and impactful visuals.● Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.● Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback.● Ability to work on Linux systems.● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.● Experience working within the wireless communication, aerospace, defence or technology industries is an advantage .● Familiarity with 3D rendering software or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.● Experience with UI/UX design principles for digital platforms.Benefits
