- Client Requirement Gathering: Connect with the potential clients, over phone or face to face in the office to understand the requirements they have to launch their skincare brand
- Client Guidance: Guide the client on the various product options available and capture details of any changes or new product development. Also guide the client on new ingredients and trends in the market with respect to skincare
- Help build the brand: Work with the manufacturing and packaging vendors to help our clients build the kind of products they want at the best price.
- Nurture the client: Build strong client relationships by timeline delivery of products, staying in touch and informing the client of any new product or portfolio
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities in the English language
- Startup mindset, ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to dynamic challenges
- Strong project management and organizational skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred
- Graduate
