The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of hands-on experience in managing and administering SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) environments, with a strong background in engineering design systems, database management, and project execution support.Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the SP3D environment including setup, configuration, and customization.
Manage SP3D databases, project structures, and user access controls.
Provide technical support to engineering teams for SP3D-related issues.
Coordinate with IT and engineering departments to ensure system integrity and performance.
Develop and maintain SP3D project templates, catalogs, and specifications.
Perform regular system backups, updates, and troubleshooting.
Train and mentor junior team members on SP3D best practices.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
12–15 years of experience in SP3D administration in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure sectors.
In-depth knowledge of SP3D modules (Piping, Equipment, Structure, Electrical, etc.).
Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle/MS SQL) and SmartPlant Foundation.
Experience with integration of SP3D with other engineering tools (e.g., SPPID, SPEL, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in SP3D or related tools.
Experience with cloud-based SP3D deployments.
Familiarity with other Hexagon tools and platforms.
