Job DescriptionWe're hiring for the profile of Junior Manager-Internal Audit for Hyderabad locationQualification/Exp : CA with 1-4 years of exp in hard core internal audit, assurance,risk managementBudget: 12 LPASkills:- Post qualification experience in Internal Audit, governance, risk management, etc.- Experience of independently handling the audit assignments and experience of leading a team.- Good audit report drafting/ writing skills including fair understanding/ knowledge of identifying root cause, business impact, etc. related to observations.- Need to ensure that audit observations are assigned risk category, responsibilities and timelines to management personnel for CAPA (corrective and preventive action plan).- Good communication and discussion skills.- Good working knowledge/ experience of SAP R/3 and experience of using other data analytical tools (e.g. Idea, Power BI, etc.) for data mining and analysis.- Good understanding and working knowledge of Internal Audit Standards.- Undertaking audit assignments- Frugality and Revenue contribution- Audit Reports & Compliance Status Monitoring
