- Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Technical Leadership
- Lead the technical direction of projects and ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams across multiple projects
- Software Development
- Write and review high-quality, maintainable code
- Develop core components and services that serve as the foundation for applications
- Ensure code adheres to architectural standards and design principles
- Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Facilitate architectural discussions and design reviews
- Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Performance & Scalability
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of systems
- Design systems with scalability and fault tolerance in mind

- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience
- 6+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE (Spring and Spring Boot) technologies in full stack development
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems
- Experience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Technical Skills
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java 21, Spring Boot, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- AI Skills and tools: Generative AI, Agentic AI, GPT, OPEN AI
- Experience in Restful Web services
- Testing experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy
- Hands on with Node JS or React JS
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, layered architecture)
- Proficiency in designing APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems
