- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various roles across Mantracare.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and finalizing offers.
- Ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with Mantracare's goals, growth objectives, and culture.
- Lead and manage a small team of recruiters, providing guidance and mentorship to help meet recruitment targets and improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure timely and effective coordination between the recruitment team and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions that align with their goals.
- Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand by promoting Mantracare's values, work culture, and opportunities.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and digital campaigns to raise awareness about Mantracare as an employer of choice.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, leveraging data and insights to optimize efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Implement and maintain best practices and tools (such as Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate relationships to ensure alignment and a seamless transition from offer to onboarding.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide regular updates to management.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong background in recruiting across multiple functions, including clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical recruitment plans.
