The role of Assistant Manager - Packaging for the SAPMENA zone is based in Mumbai. They will be responsible to drive the technical development of packaging and finished products, be a creative force at definition step with consumer centric mindset, and ensure every step of Design, Approval, Specification and Industrialisation

Collect and integrate all the technical, production, economic, safety, environment impact and standardisation constraints needed for the design
Control the various stages of the packaging schedule and warns of risks and potential deviations
Support innovation projects in early stage via seamless collaboration with the innovation team
Identifiy, propose and implement ways of improving existing products (functionality, cost, perceived value, Sustainability, quality, productivity, etc.)
Organise, coordinate and approve the various validation in accordance with the design quality system and disseminates technical specifications

3-5 years of work experience in Packaging, preferably in the FMCG domainUniversity Degree & Qualification in Packaging DevelopmentA successful Assistant Manager Packaging should have:

University Degree & Qualification in Packaging
3-5 years of work experience in Packaging
Hands on experience with all moulding technologies used in FMCG - IM, EBM, ISBM, IBM
Good understanding of Packaging component drawings and mould drawings
