You will provide key insights into financial performance and help guide strategic decisions. You will provide actionable insights, ensuring that financial and strategic decisions support our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Head of FP&A/ Sr. Director FP&A, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders to optimize resource allocation, improve financial efficiency, and maximize ROI on technology investments.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong commercial mindset, and excel at building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning process.
  • Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare management reports with actionable insights.
  • Assist senior management in making data-driven decisions.
  • Identify financial trends and recommend cost-control measures.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate product development costs and ROI on P&E investments.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Any graduation/MBA/CA/ICWA
  • 10-15yrs
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Track record of developing process improvements that drive meaningful impacts for Finance and the business.
