- Perform Market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Assisting the front office team.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Processing company receipts, invoices and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Should maintain checklist of all the orders received.
- Reminders of C form to marketing personnel’s and continuous follow up till it is collected and keep Informing the status to Director – Marketing.
- If there are any changes in presales details, changes have to be send to dispatch team in coordination with respective marketing personnel.
- Daily reporting to management for orders, sales & inquiries.
- To coordinate and handle all back end work of our marketing consultants in India like filling inquiry form, sending samples to them, preparing quotations in ERP, Filling design Master, coordination for design approval, preparing Performa invoice for cylinder payment, filling company master form, to generate sales order, sending mock sample and sample proof and collecting it back, etc.
- Must have excellent communication skill, with computer proficiency.
- Very good in negotiation, coordination, organization, and problem solving skill.
- Ability to multitask, time management, work in a fast-paced environment, and should able to meet deadlines.
