Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business by executing high-impact sales strategies.- Generate leads and close deals within the manufacturing, chemical, and mineral sectors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention.- Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.- Deliver weekly sales reports, activity logs, and market insights.- Participate in quarterly strategy meetings in Delhi or other designated locations.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals/minerals.- Strong regional market knowledge of South India.- Hands-on experience managing field-based sales operations.- Familiarity with client engagement and CRM tools.- Fluency in English and Hindi is plus- Proficiency in any South Indian language is a strong advantage.- Willingness to travel extensively outside Chennai.- Should own a two-wheeler for regular client visits.Compensation & Benefits:- High-potential incentives based on gross margin.- Travel reimbursements for locations outside Chennai.- Monthly mobile and laptop usage reimbursement.- Mileage-based conveyance allowance for client visits.
