Pre-construction stage activities, estimation & tendering
Budgeting & cost planning
Cost control & commercial management
Final accounts including variations, retention tracker closures, and vendor/package management
Handover activities including reconciliation reports
Certification of contractor bills
Ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, site teams & procurement on variations, change orders & reports

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in MEP field (Electrical & Mechanical).
Sound knowledge to take off the MEP quantities from Auto-cad drawings, Preparing the estimation and rate analysis for MEP related items, Budget and cost planning, MEP site bill validations and preparation of COP.
Refurbishment and re-build of the existing buildings. They required 02 MEP resources (1 electrical & 1 Mechanical).
