Job Purpose - To ensure & maintain core service delivery & RM support for respective regions. Ensure best in class customer services, error free and timely execution of customer transactions & rendering of customized support for Family Office & Private Wealth Advisory Base. Key Roles & Responsibilities - Co-ordinate documentation with various stakeholders viz, Clients, RM, HOCS, Documentation guys, third party vendors, custody team etc. through email/phone. - Check if all documents are in order and submit the forms for processing. - Co-ordinate for pick up and drops with office boys. - Fill and Execute transactions for POA and executionary MF, PMS, AIF, Structure. - Approximately each SRM executes 7 transactions per day. - Follow Up with clients for funding cheques for PMS, AIF, Structure etc. - Follow up on various drawdown payments with clients. - Monthly/weekly/Ad hoc/Customized statements (where SRM has to plot all details in excel) email to almost all clients that the SRM handles irrespective of the potential of the client. - Follow up with respective departments for TDS pay outs, referral payouts, Advisory payments etc. (ref:updazz.com)
