• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Lead Generation through Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Facebook etc.
• Lead Generation through freelancing marketplaces like Toptal, Upwork, PeoplePerHour etc.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

• Good Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Operations over Facebook and Linkedin.
• Good Knowledge of lead generation over Freelancing marketplaces like Toptal, Upwork, PeoplePerHour etc.
• Good Communication Skills and Proficiency in English.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Market knowledge
• Time management and planning skills
