In this role, you will…
Oversee all aspects of Customer Loyalty programs
  • Be responsible for planning, executing & maintaining the Customer Loyalty
programs (Advantage Tier Structure, discounts & associated benefits) that
delivers overall value to customers.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to drive increased utilisation of Rewards points
earned by Drs across the portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Market and Regional cross functional teams to create and
execute best in class recognition programs via Align products and events, or
through any other events/ activities.
  • Work closely with the Global team to implement any changes to the overall
Customer Loyalty platforms and points redemption process.
Support the execution of Ortho channel marketing programs
  • Be responsible for running Ortho marketing campaigns in close coordination
with the other Regional and Market stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement Team and be responsible for creation of
appropriate Sales Tools to be used by the sales teams for effective value selling
  • Support local teams on in-market execution to drive adoption and utilization of
professional marketing tools.
Provide Marketing administrative support
  • Ensure all marketing content/assets receive the needed
marketing/clinical/legal/regulatory approvals.
  • Ensure relevant marketing support material is available to the respective
markets.
  • Budget tracking and PR/PO support
In this role, you’ll need …
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree would be preferred.
  • Strong implementation skills, excellent in execution and attention to detail. Be
very organised in managing and coordinating multiple projects, with ability to
balance multiple deadlines.
  • Having strong stakeholder management experience is preferred with
demonstrated strong business partnering skills and collaboration across
multiple groups and organizational levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed. Other
languages like Mandarin, Japanese or Korean will be advantageous to work with
counterparts across the region.
  • Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs. Knowledge of
Salesforce, and simple creative and video editing tools would be a bonus.
