Job Description: Restaurant Manager Position: Restaurant Manager Category: Store In charge Responsible To: Reporting Area Operation Manager Location: Mumbai, Delhi & Pune Salary: INR 3,60,000 - 4,56,000 LPA + Store Incentives + Accidental insurance + Food/Food Allowance + Loyalty Bonus (After 18 months) Qualification: Above 12th Pass, Hotel Management / Graduate Job Definition: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for organizing, developing, operating, and administering all Food and Beverage Operations within the assigned locations. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for overall store performance including operations, sales, profit & loss, and managing internal & external stakeholders. Work in coordination with the Reporting Manager for the development of new menus and menu changes. Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and supply requirements for store operations. Improve employee productivity and food quality by selecting flexible facility design, optimal layout, and equipment. Responsible for on-the-job training and proficiency of employees in the outlet. Formulate and adapt sample forms for planning, purchasing, pricing, safety, and recipe development activities. Assess profitability by comparing budgeted F&B costs with actual costs based on standard recipes and recipe costs. Recommend food and beverage service standards and specifications in line with industry standards. Originate and approve general store requisitions, beverage requisitions, and kitchen requisitions as per planned schedules. Maintain par stocks for foodstuff, stationary, non-alcoholic beverages, and packaging materials, revising these par stocks as per seasonal changes. Initiate programs on guest recognition and implement various incentives to achieve guest recognition at outlets. Required Skills: 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Problem-solving skills. The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities. Ability to handle P&L and food costs. Note: Only candidates with prior experience in the food and beverage industry will be considered.
