- Direct operational oversight within the Identity and Access Management which includes but not restricted to centralized identity access services, recertifications processes, Data Quality, and governance., Vendor Management
- Work on the Operational efficiency, Improving Data Quality, improvement of the process, controls, workflows driving automation, process enhancements. Updating existing access management and provisioning workflows, capacity metrics / measurement of Identity & Access Services.
- Identify optimization opportunities as well as risks inherent in processes, define and execute optimization and de-risking initiatives
- Work with the various stakeholder on the Audit, regulatory requirements.
- Ensure implementation of strategy objectives of the bank, CSO and Identity & Access Services; pro-actively manage team’s contributions to CTB initiatives
- Provide leadership and governance on over all processes, promote effective teamwork, mentor employees, and evaluate individual performance.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with Identity & Access Services various stakeholders.
- Fosters a high-performance culture and team by developing their skills and effectively managing the quality of Identity & Access Services delivered.
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of user access and entitlement data for all application certifications in adherence to regulatory requirements, standards, and policies
- Accountable to audit and compliance to evidence completeness and to provide operational walkthroughs and documentation
- You must have experience in the Information Security and preferably Identity & Access management domain
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Problem-solving skills, an independent way of working and a strong customer orientation.
- Very good knowledge of the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM),
- Work conscientiously and independently to meet all day-to-day business requirements.
- Experienced working in virtual teams and matrix organizations across different time zones
- Advantage would be if you are bringing industry certifications including but not limited to Security Certifications like CISA, CISSP , CISM
