Partner with Business to ensure smooth flow of operations.Key Responsibilities:Month-End and Year-End Close: handling the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately, and any discrepancies are resolved efficientlyAccruals and Provisions: Calculate and record accruals and provisions in line with company policies and accounting standardsRevenue: Post the Revenue recognition entries monthlyPayroll Accounting, Vendor invoice accounting and payments, Customer Invoicing and collectionsRegulatory Compliance: Handling internal and corporate Audit for the business units assigned. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulationsPreparation of Financial Statements: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow variances, and present insights to senior management.Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the preparation and regular review of financial forecasts and budgets, providing strategic recommendations based on financial trends and business conditionsComplex Reconciliations: Perform and review reconciliations of high-value and complex accounts, including intercompany accounts and multi-currency transactionsInternal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risksClosely work with Business team and act as one point of contact for the business unitRequired Skills and ExperienceMust Have:
  • 2 - 3 years' financial analysis and reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting.
  • Excel Expertise: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like macros, lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to handle large volume of data in Excel, ability to think and quickly respond for the ad hoc requests come from business to provide any kind of MIS
  • Good to Have: Knowledge of Net suite.
Education: Qualified CAOther Requirements / Working conditions:
  • Flexible to work on regular and UK shift
  • Participation in client and internal calls outside of normal business hours will be required.
