We serve businesses with data-driven risk management strategies, ensuring protection through customized policies and efficient claims support.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager - Corporate Sales to lead our business development efforts in the corporate insurance space. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent relationship management skills, and deep domain knowledge of corporate insurance products and services.Key Responsibilities:- Drive new client acquisition and account growth in the corporate insurance segment- Engage CXOs, HR Heads, and Finance Leaders to understand business needs and offer customized insurance solutions- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and policy recommendations- Handle renewals, upselling, and cross-selling for existing corporate clients- Lead deal negotiations, close large-ticket corporate insurance policies- Work closely with underwriting, claims, and servicing teams to ensure a smooth client experience- Stay updated on IRDA regulations, insurance trends, and competitor activity- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and closures on CRM tools- Ensure 100% compliance and customer satisfactionRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or B2B financial services- Strong domain knowledge of insurance products (Group Health, Property, Liability, etc.)- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Proven ability to close high-value deals and handle key accounts- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Insurance certifications (like III) preferredCompensation & Perks:Competitive CTC: - 12-15 LPA- Incentives on performance- Partial remote flexibility- Exposure to high-growth sectors and marquee clients- Fast-track growth opportunities within the organization (ref:updazz.com)
