- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers to drive business growth.
- Conduct a minimum of two site visits daily to identify business opportunities.
- Spend at least two hours at the assigned store daily to engage with customers and support sales.
- Organize and conduct shop meetings with applicators weekly.
- Submit daily sales reports through the online portal.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field sales role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Qualification: Min12th Passed. Graduation preferred.
- Experience: Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants). However, fresh talents or from insurance or banking sector will also do.
