Manager - Safety

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and Adani standards.
• · Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• · Provide safety training and inductions to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety awareness.
• · Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• · Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into project planning and execution.
• · Maintain accurate safety records and reports for internal and external use.
• · Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

• · Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Safety field within the Real Estate industry.
• Precast Builiding experience is must
• · Demonstrated track record of implementing and managing safety programs and initiatives.
• · Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations

• · Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
