- Talent Acquisition and Sourcing – Identifying and attracting top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Job Posting and Employer Branding – Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Resume Screening and Candidate Assessment – Conducting initial screenings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating assessments.
- Interview Coordination – Scheduling and managing interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Candidate Evaluation – Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Understanding job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create precise job descriptions.
- Offer Management and Onboarding – Extending offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Recruitment Analytics – Tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Location: Bangalore(Marathahalli)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 year in recruitment - BPO or sales hiring
- Industry: Staffing, BPO, Sales, Telecom, Retail
- good communication skills required
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass and above
- Knowledge of BPO or field hiring is a plus
- Must know Kannada language
- Bulk hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles
