Hiring || NON IT Recruiter (Bangalore)

• Talent Acquisition and Sourcing – Identifying and attracting top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Job Posting and Employer Branding – Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.

• Resume Screening and Candidate Assessment – Conducting initial screenings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating assessments.

• Interview Coordination – Scheduling and managing interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless experience.

• Candidate Evaluation – Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Understanding job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create precise job descriptions.

• Offer Management and Onboarding – Extending offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

• Recruitment Analytics – Tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to enhance hiring efficiency.

• Location: Bangalore(Marathahalli)

• Experience: 6 months to 2 year in recruitment - BPO or sales hiring

• Industry: Staffing, BPO, Sales, Telecom, Retail

• good communication skills required

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass and above

• Knowledge of BPO or field hiring is a plus

• Must know Kannada language

• Bulk hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles
