The role involves rebuilding and optimizing BI reports, validating data accuracy, and partnering closely with supply chain, finance, and data engineering teams to ensure seamless business continuity and improved analytics performance.The ideal candidate brings strong SQL expertise, practical BI best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality dashboards.Responsibilities:Required Skills & Qualifications· Strong hands-on experience with Metabase: Dashboards, SQL editor, parameters/filters, permissions· Experience working with MicroStrategy (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, BusinessObjects)· Advanced SQL expertiseo Complex joins, CTEs, window functionso Query optimization and performance tuning· Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably IBM Db2· Experience working on BI reports for invoices, receipts, purchase orders (PO), GRN, AP aging, and vendor performance metrics.· Strong understanding of BI architecture and reporting best practices· Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking· Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsQualifications:Experience3-7+ years in Business Intelligence / Analytics (Hands-on experience with Metabase and MicroStrategy preferred)Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
