Experience Required: 8+ yearsJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day client relationship for your assigned engagements
  • Run sprint reviews, steering calls, and escalation conversations with confidence and preparation
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and surface them to the client before they surface themselves
  • Manage scope with discipline: track all client requests, flag scope creep to the Delivery Head, and raise change orders on all additions above agreed thresholds
  • Maintain a clean project health view across scope, budget, timeline, and risks
  • Keep the engineering pod focused: facilitate sprint planning, remove blockers within 24 hours, and protect the team from scope thrash
  • Build rapport with client ICs, leads, and product owners — your network inside the client is your early warning system
  • Capture and share expansion signals with the Delivery Head — you are closest to the client and will hear about new initiatives first
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover quality at every milestone and engagement close
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in technical project management or delivery management in IT services or product engineering
  • Strong technical background — can read code, understand architecture trade-offs, and have credible conversations with senior engineers and client architects
  • Proven experience managing client relationships at IT head, product head, or senior architect level independently
  • Has managed SOW-based engagements including scope change and commercial negotiation
  • Comfortable facilitating difficult conversations — missed milestones, quality issues, scope disputes
  • Familiarity with at least one domain: Data Engineering, Cloud, or AI/ML
