You’ll work with passionate professionals, cutting-edge technologies, and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact.We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Project Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical workstreams for a major greenfield project. This role involves close collaboration with design consultants, equipment vendors, and external contractors across all phases—from design and procurement to execution and commissioning. The successful candidate will ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with our safety and quality management systems.What You’ll Do:Lead mechanical workstreams from design through commissioning for a major greenfield project.Collaborate with design consultants, vendors, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.Oversee equipment selection, procurement, and installation of process and utility systems.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout execution.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials for handover.Drive continuous improvement and apply best-in-class engineering practices.What You’ll BringBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Proven experience managing mechanical work on greenfield projects valued ₹2,000–₹3,500 million INR.Hands-on experience establishing new production lines through to commissioning.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, safety standards, and project execution methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Fluent in English—both written and spoken.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Ingredion?Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
