We're seeking a future team member for the role of Recruitment Administratorto join our Peopleteam. This role is located in Pune (Hybrid) supporting work in the United States. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Executing on scheduling of interviews and creation of offer letters for a seamless experience. Manage onboarding processes such as background checks, triggering actions and ensuring on-time completion of key milestones. Take an active role and accountability for the candidate experience, focusing on timeliness and promptly closing out actions with a sense of urgency. Identifying how processes can be improved to enhance service provision and make recommendations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3- 5 years of experience in a general administrative role with a focus on reviewing and updating records, interpreting policies or procedures, responding to and/or resolving inquiries Strong time management abilities, extremely organized and detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills, displaying professionalism.
