- Establish and nurture a partnership ecosystem to support CMS initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to secure large enterprise customers.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams refine the go-to-market strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert, to evangelize Milestones cutting edge solution to customers and broader market
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Foster the cross-functional partnerships and work closely with Onboarding, delivery, customer success, and product teams to minimize friction and enhance operational efficiency.

- We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented leader with a proven track record in launching enterprise grade Mar-tech and SaaS products.
- You should have a deep understanding of the end-to-end productand platform lifecycle and how AI can be leveraged to drive automation and gain efficiencies.
- The ideal candidate has extensive experience in launching 0-1 products as well as maturing existing product lines with a passion for delightful user experience – both at the platform layer for developers as well as at application layer for business users.
- Masters degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B2B and B2B2C product management, solution engineering, or similar roles within the digital marketing industry.
- Advanced knowledge of various Content Management Systems and AI platform advancements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
- In-depth understanding of digital experience platforms, SEO, website development practices, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and their applications in digital marketing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and innovation.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and its critical role in driving product decisions and customer success.
