Translate brand vision and mission into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and communications.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and brand performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges.
Monitor brand health, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Marketing Campaign Management:
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, experiential) that align with brand strategy.
Oversee content creation, creative asset development, and media planning.
Manage agency relationships and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Product & Portfolio Management:
Collaborate with product development teams on new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs.
Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Identify opportunities for brand extensions and product innovation.
Budget Management:
Manage and track the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Forecast and report on marketing spend.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:
Serve as the brand expert, providing guidance and insights to sales, R&D, and other internal teams.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
