As an expert you will work with customers during the different phases to define the requirements, principles and models that guide technology services’ decisions in alignment with customer strategic IT and enterprise goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Customer Enterprise/Solution Architects to design and implement best-in-class Innovapptive SaaS Platform tailored to this critical domain to advocate the value identified in integration models.How You Will Make an Impact:

Responsible for working with our customers to set expectations on defining their landscape standards, frameworks and guidelines aligning based on our products supported technical stack and architecture. Directly participates in the governance process for reviewing specific solutions to ensure they are properly leveraging published frameworks and standards of our products.
Architecture Analysis: Deeply understand the customer Infra and application Landscape, identify technical challenges, pain points, long term goals and objectives in respect to our "Mobile First" Connected Worker SaaS Solution.
Integration: Takes ownership of integration architecture to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders. Evaluate the current customer ERP/CRM (i.e. SAP , Maximo etc) and other applications and to identify the possible ways to integrate with our Connected Worker SaaS Solution.
Data Transformation: Work with customer Architect or Application SMEs to do integration mapping and identify the transformation rule applied based on the best practices of our Connected Worker SaaS Solution.
Monitoring and Logging: Understanding security monitoring tools and techniques to detect and respond to security incidents. Knowledge of logging and auditing best practices to track system activity and identify anomalies.
Security: Leverage your knowledge to set up necessary solutions on security at network or data level. Evaluate the customers data security requirements and determine the right best practice of API security, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and API key.
Strong Logical Reasoning: Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into smaller components, and identify root causes.
Analytical Thinking: Skill in gathering and interpreting data to draw informed conclusions and make data-driven decisions.

Solution Documentation: Develop Architecture & Integration design document, training materials and documentation tailored to maintenance professionals, empowering them to maximize the value of our solution.
Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest technological trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure our solution remains at the forefront of the field.
Rapid Iteration and Execution: Champion a culture of speed and agility, driving rapid product iteration and execution. Set high bars for quality, efficiency, and speed-to-market. Break down complex problems into actionable steps and relentlessly prioritize delivering results quickly.
Leadership Mindset: Lead & mentor Integration, Security team daily and through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance

Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate product decisions. Advocate for the customer throughout the product life cycle and be their voice in the organization.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven organization and is obsessed with performance marketing and search engine optimization.Required Qualifications:Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
8+ years of experience in the Enterprise Application domain, with a strong focus on architecting and integrating SAAS based solutions.
Experience with enterprise integration patterns; Systems, software, technologies
Experience integrating 3rd party applications with SAAS products using REST or OData and API field mapping strategy
Working knowledge on at least one of the known ERP/CRM in the past (SAP PM/MM, Maximo etc.) and know how to integrate
Knowledge of AWS cloud platforms
Working Knowledge on MongoDB
Experience on DevOps framework with knowledge on Kubernetes to deploy Full Stack apps
Ready to travel between 30~50% to the customer site

Good to have:

Good to have knowledge to similar cloud platform i.e. Azure or Google
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the context of networking/security/deployment improvement
Good to have knowledge of Integration using at least of the Middle Tiers (i.e. PI/PO, BTP, CPI, ESB, MuleSoft etc.)
Understanding security protocols for secure network communication. Familiarity with secure coding practices for integration components and scripts.
Should have Knowledge in implementing IAM solutions, i.e. via sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Knowledge of identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs) in federated identity management.
Knowledge of API / Network security testing tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, Swagger, Postman etc.
Familiarity with data encryption techniques (AES, RSA) to protect sensitive data during transmission and storage. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data protection best practices.
Good to have TOGAF 8+ and AWS certification
