Your Mission: Collaborate closely with system architects to design and develop a state-of-the-art PCI Express Gen 6 subsystem, ensuring seamless integration with next-generation datacenter products. Harness cutting-edge process nodes to innovate and push the boundaries of performance, power efficiency, and area optimization, meeting and exceeding ambitious product KPIs. Take charge of the entire design cycle, from conceptualization to production, including active participation in silicon power-on and post-silicon validation activities. Lead the charge in tackling signal integrity challenges, leveraging your expertise in high-speed interconnects and advanced modulation techniques. Drive rigorous simulations and validation tests to ensure robustness, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with our power, performance, and area (PPA) goals. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and technical excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in high-speed digital design, with a strong portfolio in PCI Express Gen 5/6 or similar technologies. In-depth knowledge of the latest semiconductor process technologies and the unique challenges they present. Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL. A track record of successful project execution from concept to silicon, including hands-on experience in power-on and post-silicon activities. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to design and validation. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers.
