Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative visuals for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, emailmarketing assets, website banners, landing pages, presentations, and print materials.- Co-create communication and campaign concepts that can be elevated by design.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.- Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs that are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.- Work effectively within deadlines and budgets.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Qualifications:- 4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or advertising agency.- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing-related design work.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.- Experience with marketing concepts and best practices.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- A passion for marketing and a desire to create visually impactful campaigns.
