- Overseeing payroll administration for various EMEA countries, ensuring all activities are undertaken and deadlines met.
- Understanding our complex business needs and managing these via 3rd party providers.
- Preparing payroll input for timely processing.
- Reviewing & validating provider-prepared payroll output against the approved payroll inputs.
- Processing queries by monitoring tickets (ServiceNow) ensuring SLA is met.
- Must have UK & Ireland and Netherlands payroll experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and other applications and systems.
- EMEA payroll experience of 2-5 years.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge of Workday advantageous.
