Additional information can be accessed atJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Marketing, Strategy & Business development to join our team. You will be responsible for developing the overall regional-specific strategy for Mobility business in India, develop trend reports, conduct market research, identify business opportunities and enable global strategy process through regional insights. You will also need to lead a team of market analysts, data analysts and marketing experts and enable their learning process and growth while ensuring outcomes for the business. The ideal candidate will have >12 years of experience specifically in the areas of marketing, strategy, business development or related fields.Primary Responsibilities: * Marketing: Develop knowledge of regional market, knowledge of general regional political framework, knowledge of competitive environment, trend scouting, knowledge of methods for market and competitor analysis.Conduct deep dives and market research projects. * Strategy: Define, implement and coordinate regional marketing and strategy process in collaboration w/ all regional BBM entities (Incl. best practice /benchmarking analysis) and transfer BBM Strategy into Domain and BU strategy process.Deliver inputs towards strategic milestones such as MP, MPM, MSW ... in co-ordination with the Regional Sector Board & Regional customer and business teams * Knowledge management: Implementation of knowledge management within the region and deliver key topics, such as Mobility Intelligence, BSS, BBM strategy elements etc
- Business development: Actively scout for new business opportunities and manage M&A activities within the region.
Support M/MBC with communication activities (internal and external)
Support M/PRM & M/SOI for knowledge mgmt., portfolio mgmt., innovation mgmt. activitiesQualificationsBachelors Degree (Any stream) - MandatoryMasters Degree (MBA/MS - Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, OD etc) - MandatoryMin. 12 years experience preferredCross-functional experience (Alteast 1 stint in a business area)Additional InformationKnowledge areas: Automotive Portfolio, Teir Organization & Processes, Market Research & Analysis, Business strategy, Marketing methods & Economics, M&A, Partnerships etcSkills: Data Analysis & insighting, Implementation of strategic tools & process, Communication Skills
