Vendor Development Preparing Technical/commercial proposals/solutions in line with customer requirement for new products and discussing it with customers. Tracking of various development projects till the completion stage. Analyze and troubleshoot product related field issues. Providing after sales technical assistance to customers. Installation and commissioning of products and equipment's at customer site. Provide support for invoice preparation to accounts team. Developing course content and delivering training in the domain of CAD CAM CAE and 3D printing. Facilitate In house visits of the potential customers.
