Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our Everywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots/ Vending machines), focused on acquiring and scaling large/global accounts. This role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads, while identifying high-impact business opportunities and closing significant deals.As a Global Account Manager (GAM), your objective will be to establish and grow a high-value portfolio, generating over ₹10 crore in annual business per account.We strongly believe that great salespeople thrive in the field - spending 80% of their time with customers, fostering trust, and driving value.This role is also distinguished by a rewarding, performance-driven bonus structure designed to recognize and support success.Responsibilities:

Working to onboard the assigned set of Manufacturing industry accounts with a headcount of >1000 factory staff
Working closely with Infra Management companies to onboard their existing clients
Participate in relevant RFPs and tenders
Manage relationship and ensure profitability of such accounts
Generating expected revenue from the assigned accounts
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Engage with customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline along with service team

Requirements:

Experience of handling Manufacturing companies, Facility companies
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving attitude
Teamwork and cross functional efficiency
