- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all civil works meet project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Ensure all civil construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
- Identify opportunities for improving quality control processes and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure all quality control activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
