Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all civil works meet project specifications and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and tests of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
Ensure all civil construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
Identify opportunities for improving quality control processes and implement necessary changes.
Ensure all quality control activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
