The role involves delivering high-quality teaching in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations (with a focus on Supply Chain), mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence through research and curriculum development. The candidate will also actively participate in academic initiatives and institutional growth.Responsibilities:
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate-level instruction in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Develop and update course materials, syllabus, and assessments aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students in academic and career development
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and academic committees
- Contribute to institutional initiatives related to teaching innovation and student engagement
- Ph.D. in Management or in the final stages of Ph.D. with a full-time first-class MBA
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in recognized MBA institutions
- Full-time MBA with minimum of 55% marks from a reputed Indian university
- Demonstrated record of research publications in reputed journals
- Specialization in Supply Chain Management
- Preference given to candidates from Bangalore, Karnataka, South India, or Maharashtra
- Immediate availability to join, with tentative joining in the last week of April 2026 or first week of May 2026
