We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Networking Specialist to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of an IT team responsible for maintaining reliable and secure networks, systems, and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in networking and infrastructure systems including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage, cloud environments, and virtualization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall infrastructure.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance.Install and configure networking hardware (routers, switches, access points, etc.).Support server and storage environments, including physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V).Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.Ensure network and system security through firewalls, access controls, and patch management.Collaborate with other IT staff to support enterprise applications and end-user needs.Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures.Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements for performance and scalability.Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
