Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Provide support in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures. Assist in conducting training and development programs. Assist in handling employee queries and addressing any HR-related issues. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
