Analyze complex data sets to provide insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analysis processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:Academic Qualification:Undergraduate degree in a quantitative (such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science) field required and 5+ years related professional experience or Graduate degree in a quantitative field and 3 + years of professional experienceMust-have skills:Proficiency in languages used for querying (e.g. SQL/Hive/Pig), preprocessing (e.g. Unix/Python), and statistical analysis (e.g. Python/R)Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Tableau and Looker with a lot of attention to granular details in dataGood verbal and written communication skills to express data science concepts and solutions to business partners of varying technical levels and other members of the broader analytics and data science community at PayPal, to influence and negotiate to reach alignment on how to execute strategies and improve solutions.Nice-to-have:Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical methodsKnowledge about Digital Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, E-commerce, FinTech, Finance and Payments industries is a strong plusSubsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0PayPal does not charge candidates any fees for courses, applications, resume reviews, interviews, background checks, or onboarding.
