Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)Experience Required: 3–5 yearsRole Type: Full-timeAbout EvolifeEvolife is India’s most advanced medical weight loss program, offering evidence-based solutions to helpindividuals achieve sustainable health goals.We are building partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and wellness providers to scaleaccess to our programs.We are seeking a B2B Sales & Program Manager to drive and manage our B2B partnerships in closecollaboration with our B2B Channel Leader.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B sales across corporates, insurance brokers, TPAs, and insurance companies to onboardpartners for Evolife’s medical weight loss programs.Own and deliver sales KPIs including pipeline generation, conversions, and revenue targets.Identify and explore alternate lead-generation channels such as gyms, salons, wellness centers, andwellness ecosystems.Develop and deliver impactful presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for client meetings.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams (medical, product, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamlessexecution of partnerships.Track and report performance metrics regularly.Act as the day-to-day execution partner while leveraging consultant guidance for channel growth.Requirements3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise account management.Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or HR/employee benefits sales preferred.Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers.
