We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who is passionate about mobile technologies, thrives on solving complex challenges, and wants to make a strong impact by building world-class applications.What You’ll DoLead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.Drive end-to-end app lifecycle – from requirements, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase/AWS), and third-party libraries.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.What We’re Looking For✅ 2–5years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
✅ Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.
✅ Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
✅ Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging.
✅ Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.
✅ Familiarity with Git / version control.
✅ Problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.Good to Have✨ Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.
✨ Experience in team mentoring / leading small teams.
