
Technical Lead - Cloud

- Lead end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Nokia Cloud products (NCP, NCOM, NCD) across NCES and Core SaaS solutions.
- Design, deploy, configure, and integrate cloud solutions independently, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage deployments and upgrades for existing customers, focusing on “right first time” execution and quick issue resolution.
- Oversee New Product Introductions (NPI) for global rollouts, driving innovation and integrating cross-product solutions.
- Provide maintenance support and operations, including defect analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Create and update comprehensive project documentation, including MOPs, reports, and incident RCAs.
- 15+ years of telecom experience, with 10+ years in Cloud solutions (Private and Public).
- Proven expertise in OCP Platform Administration and Kubernetes management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Helm).
- Good IP networking background and scripting capabilities (Shell, PERL, Python).
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practice and compliance.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with ECS or EKS.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
