This is an exciting opportunity with an industry leader expanding their world-class development team.We are looking for talented Engineering Services Delivery Manager to be based in Manesar, Gurgaon and who primary responsibilities will be:

Provide local management for a 20+ person Engineering team supporting primarily US-based business units developing and producing critical products for the semiconductor capital equipment industry
Support hiring and onboarding of new staff for planned organizational growth
Manage an Engineering Shared Services team responsible for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Documentation Control, Printed Circuit Board design
Ensure teams maintain focus on quality and meet schedule commitments; track monthly team productivity and provide regular reports on activity
Assist in identifying and resolving issues impacting team productivity, including issues with tools, training, provisioning and communication
Provide recommendations for organizational improvement and oversee continuous improvement activities
Coordinate with sponsoring business to address evolving needs, expanding the technical scope that can be supported by the team over time
Maintain and manage the department budget, assist in annual planning

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

10+ years experience in a similar role managing a multidisciplinary technical team
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
