Providing thought leadership on Modernization of Digital workplace services to overarching digital workplace strategy.2. The successful candidate will utilize their experience leading Digital Workplace engagements in a role that combines consultancy, pre-sales support, and transformation leadership contributing to the development of new service offerings.3. Aa a solution director in Digital workplace services, Candidate will provide end to end solutions for enterprise customers across the region including architecture, design and implementation. Digital Workplace Solutions includes, IAM, UEM, Virtualization, Modern Management, M365 and end user computing platform.4. Lead Transformation and migration services as well as encompassing key components of a modern digital workplace such as analytics, automation, cloud workplace.5. Engage with the customer as an enterprise architect and identify the vision and roadmap of the customer on digital workplace journey to provide consulting service on end user technology trend and defining a future roadmap.6. Should have experience in driving innovation and value to the customer, delivering new capabilities in digital transformation and modernization projects. 7. Interface with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, security and application development to design cutting edge productivity platform for end users. 8. Provide input to the design of Digital Workplace solutions as a Solution Director or Design Authority9. Provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients10. Lead or support creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions11. Drive implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions12. Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients and bids alike13. Provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events14. Lead the team of Architects in cross platform technologiesTechnical Requirements1. Ability to Lead large transformation & Migration engagements providing guidance for planning, design, and technical roadmap, and migration of Digital workplace services including IAM, Virtualization, Mobility, Messaging and collaboration, content management & Modern Management toolsets to Office 3652. Solid Understanding & hands on experience of Office 365 products including Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive MS Teams, etc.3. Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Access Management Solutions - Azure AD, Azure AD App Proxy, Azure design, development, networking, integration4. Deep Technical understanding, Credibility & Hands on Experience on Microsoft MDM & Enterprise Security tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite.5. Expertise and hands on design and implantation experience in Power apps, power BI, Power Virtual Agent, RPA, Microsoft CRM solutions.6. The candidate shall have experience migrating cross platforms service like, Exchange, Gsuite, collaboration and other email platforms to O365 including hybrid environments.7. Strong understanding of mobile device concepts, and at least a basic understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.8. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work closely with other engineers and administrators.9.
